Which in fact also means that the proper locale is used by OOo. Just
that Basic doesn't get it.
@ab: Andreas, how do you obtain the locale settings for CDbl? Please
give me a pointer to the source code in Basic.

Are you sure the Suse machine had an [EMAIL PROTECTED] locale installed? Did
Calc use the proper locale settings?
