MRU->OD: there are some text:h parts in the content.xml which do not have the
"text:outline-level" setting. When opening the attached document in OO 2.0.4
there are styles applied to ALL outline levels. Opening the document in OO 2.1,
there are only the first three levels having a style.
In OO 2.2 non of the levels do have style assignments anymore.
