------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Apr 8 02:31:33 +0000 2007 ------- If the directory "Application Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\crashdata" is not empty, then crashrep.exe loads each time with OpenOffice whether or not it is needed. It continues to load until the files in the crashdata dir have been erased. I manually erased these files on my system and crashrep.exe stopped loading as a sub process of soffice.bin each time OpenOffice was loaded. The solution would be to erase the crashdata files after the information has been submitted, or if the user cancels the crashdata send report.
