AW->regina: This is known, but there is no geometrical way to create a clean
hatching, thus the texture (which is indeed created) is (and always was) a
compromise. Think about a triangle with non-linear texture coordinates in it's
three points, there is no clean way to create geometic texture filling there. I
am experimenting with it in the new primitive-based rendere, though and have
both methods implemented.
The other scaling is a convenence which was introduces 8-10 years ago when 3d
objects were added. In normal page zoom, the texture filling with the standard
bitmaps was too small, so the texture scaling (relative to the 3d object size in
1/100th mm) was set to 5 times the standard. It's hard to remove since files
exist where probably the texture was arranged using this hidden 'feature', so it
would look different when leaving it out -> other bugs will be filed.
I keep this bug as a reminder for aw033 (primitives) where this will be at least
manageable (modular 3d renderer). Setting prio to P4.
