Hi,
this is not a bug but a missing setting in your environment. The Page Preview
uses the Printer Metrics for rendering the output as you would like to see it on
screen as it would be on paper. If you want it that way also in the 'design'
mode of the spreadsheet use Tools-Options-OpenOffice.org Calc-General-Use
Printer Metrics for Text formatting.
