->TL: detectArguments seems to be broken. When I take a 2x2 table I get a map
with:

which should yield "FirstCellAsLabel" true. However, I noticed in the code
(unochart.cxx:1063) that there is a variable nLabelSeqLen which is initialized
with -1 and never changed. Therefore in line 1337 bFirstCellIsLabel is always
false.
Please fix but do not commit (CWS chart03 does not exist phyiscally, and
chart2mst3 is in QA). When you have a fix, please attach a patch to this issue.
