2007 -------
1. Create a blank drawing.  Set grid to inches with 9 points between each inch.
 Turn on snap to grid. Zoom in 200%

2. Select Text->Format.  Fill in 0 for all four borders.  Select the bottom left
text anchor.

3. Select text drawing tool

4. Place mouse pointer at the 4.00" x 4.00" grid point.

5. Left click and type "Test".

6. Notice that text position on bottom of screen is 4.00/3.74

7. Select the "selection" tool

8. Select the text to move it.

9. Try to put back at the 4.00" x 4.00" grid point: it can not be done.  If you
put the lower left anchor right at 4.00" x 4.00", the text position at the
bottom of the screen says 4.00/3.72 _which_is_different_ than the coordinates
when I first placed the text.  This makes it difficult to draw/edit a lot of
aligned text.
