Confirming with 2.2 on WinXP - on attached screenshot see circled in green
world underlined in wayvy red, yet context menu is not spellcheck.
Repro steps:
1. Create user-dictionary "MyDict-EngUSA" for English (USA) and enable it.
Make sure default language for western is Englisdh (USA), OK.
2. Type random letters, r-click any word, in spellcheck menu click "Add"-
>"MyDict-EngUSA".
3. Note how red underlining remains. R-click that word - spell-check context
menu does not appear.
