Please see attached screenshots - opening Print dialog causes "No default
printer found. Please choose a printer and try again." ("file-print.PNG").
Printer name in Print dialog is displayed with question marks instead of
national characters ("shot1.png"). Note how Wordpad displays printer just
fine.
Repro steps:
1. Control Panel - Regional and Language - Languages tab - Details - Add -
Russian - OK - OK.
2. Control Panel - Printers - Add (any make and model) and name it using
Russian lang letters and make it default.
3. Start Writer, type something, FIle - Print - error message - OK ("file-
print.PNG").
4. Note how printer name is displayed with question marks. ("print-
dialog.png").
