It would be useful to add a drop down combo-box in the find/file issue page so
that a user can search by:

   - summary AND description contains
   - summary OR description contains

without having to go to the advanced query page. The advanced query page is
intimidating for a non-technical person. That way I could search for a bug that
contains the word "toolbar" in either the summary or description. This might
reduce the possibility of duplicate bugs.
