I used to see a few of these crashes back on FC-5, but not since FC-6. Some
problem with cups itself (or ssl) I believe. It is possible that it is related
somehow to the locale you are running in. So upgrading OOo on its own is
unlikely to fix this.

I'd recommend upgrading to FC-6 to get a newer cups and ssl. I believe the
problem lies in their interaction rather than a problem of OOo.
