AW: Due to bHideHandlesWhenInTextEdit in svdmrkv.cxx handles for text edit get
hidden all the time, completely independent from IsMarkHdlWhenTextEdit() and
#i33755#. Seems as if the last change to handle show/don't show for text edit
did ignore IsMarkHdlWhenTextEdit() completely. To make handles appear again
after deselect, in svdedxv.cxx in SdrObjEditView::SdrEndTextEdit AdjustMarkHdl()
needs to be always called instead of dependent from IsMarkHdlWhenTextEdit.
AW: In principle, IsMarkHdlWhenTextEdit, the three locations in SD setting it
and the delfault and bool value may be removed. Since it's a persistent flag i
keep it. Maybe someday someone wants to move back to a flag-controlled
behaviour.
