I have verified this issue and found that reports created in 2.0.2 will show
dot as decimal separator EVEN when viewed in 2.2. Not sure if this is intended
behavior or not.
Reports created in 2.2 show the same table with comma as decimal separator.
I am attaching sample database - "Report1" was created in 2.0.2 and "Report2"
was created in 2.2.
