When the "Refresh"-rate for a file is set very low, the "Edit read-only"-button
cannot be pressed.

1. open new file.
2. File- Properties
3. Tabpage "Internet" - activate and set the refresh-value to 1 second.
4. Close the dialogue with ok.
5. Save the file.
6. Close the file.
7. Make the file write-protected.
8. Open the file.
9. Now... if you wish to edit the document, you have to press the "Edit
read-only"-button, which wont work because of the refresh.

- Bug. ("Edit read-only"-button should always be accessable)
