In Draw, when you draw an elliptic arc and later want to move the end-points by
way of the "edit points" tool ("Punkte bearbeiten" in german), as soon as you
start dragging an end-point, it will jump to position 0°.
BTW, drawing of arcs is still not possible without reconfiguring an existing
toolbar or hacking config files because of issue #67308.
