Works as designed in a recent build (m209). The open-with menu shows an office-
and a swriter-entry. When choosing the office-entry, the appropiate/registered
application for this filetype will be launched (should be writer-web). By
selecting swriter, the writer-application will be launched. This was implemented
to allow to open a document in a preselected application. Sorry, not a defect.
