Now this definition is only used inside the implementation of the StarOffice
binary file format's DocumentInfo and the MS import/export of the OLE
SummaryInformation.
The TimeStamp class have been moved to BinFilter. Outside of that module we
always deal with DateTime objects.
Outside of BinFilter and OleProps in SFX2 an invalid DateTime object always has
a "zero" Date value.
