2007 -------
In data graphs, in the spreadsheet app. of OO, it's not always true, nor
desirable, to have the x/y labels in the top row/column of the data set.
Especially on very large and/or complex data sheets the labels could be
everywhere in the sheet and it could be useful to be able to set those labels
based on configurable intervals using an input box and a range selection button,
like seen in others spreadsheet applications.
