If you prefer using the locale generator that's fine. However, for the remaining few issues of the separators it is probably quicker to use an editor and change separators / format codes than to re-enter the entire locale data definition with the generator. Do as you like. If you don't find time it's ok as well, I'll do the necessary changes then. I plan to integrate the data this week.
