------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Apr 25 12:08:59 +0000 2007 ------- Hi Dwayne and Elke, It is just that there is no "traditionnal" or commonly installed way of writting time data in Sango. On the other hand, the locale creation software I used did not make room for specific separators in time writting. As far as Sango is concerned, following the way time is orally spelled out in the language, I proposed the following written format : N for Ngbonga (Hour) Single apostrophy ['] for Minutes and double apostrophs ["] for Seconds. For example : < N 10 '25 "14 > for 10 hours 25 minutes 14 seconds. This would be the real Sango format and n this format, it doesn't matter wether the separator is a blanc, a coma, a dot aor a double dot. Alternatively, the american way format is also acceptable, e.g. 10:25:14. This would not be a problem for Central Africans, I presume!
