mmh, it looks a little bit different. The bug is that the implementation of
TextPortion contains a bug. Paragraphs take care of the supported service
TextContent (XServiceInfo returns the service type TextContent only) and allows
the enumeration on TextContent only. TextPortion supports also TextContent only
and the enumeration should take care of this as well.
So the bug is a different one and i would accept only this as a bug.
Your described or better your described behaviour would be an enhancement and
you should submit a request for this enhancement separately. But of course the
prio would be low because you can easy work around it as you have already
described.
jsc -> leguff: submit a request for enhancement if you want
jsc -tl: can you please take care of the bug that TextPortion allows enumeration
on more specialized text content.
