TM->HRO: please have a look, strange behaviour ! When unchecking the checkbox in
tools/options, the quickstarter looses the checker too, (so far so good) ... but
when checking the box in tools/options again, a second quickstarter icon appears
! Seen in 680m210 on WinXP.
