In the menu structure specification of the chart2
(http://specs.openoffice.org/chart/menus/MenuStructure.odt) in the table of
chapter 1.2.1 you read "Commands like Save, Save As, Reload, Send, Print, Page
Preview, Export, Export as PDF are forwarded to the parent module." and a
reference to the file menu specification
(http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/menus/FileMenu.sxw) exists.

DEFECT: The chart(2) isn't specified in the file menu specification directly,
like all "internal" ("implaced") OLE objects (e.g. Writer in Calc, Calc in
Impress, etc.)

Expectation of a user for chart(2) (or any other "implaced" internal OLE object)
would it to execute "File" / "Reload" to get the initial state of the document
with the original embedded object.
