To set a graphic at a controlmodel, like a buttonmodel, radiobuttonmodel,
checkboxmodel or ImageControlModel or Roadmap is only possible when the peer of
the dialog is already created. I think this is bad especially due to issue
75129 ("Creation of dialog windowpeer makes all controls visible") that forces
the developer to create the dialog peer when all dialog controls have been
created already.
