Here is how to reproduce the bug the easy way : 1) copy from MS Word some text as well as some equations 2) In OOo, past it as RTF 3) save ODT file, close openoffice. 4) Load the ODT file : it is corrupted and there is no indication of where in the xml the bug is. File is unrecoverable.
