after aplying the style the cursor/pointer was still the paintcan.
When I did this exercise previously I did in fact de-select the paintcan,
getting the arrow pointer back.
For me the rectangle still could not be selected with a mouse click. Note in a
previous report that I mentioned I could select the rectagle by clicking and
dragging the pointer to create a selection rectangle all around the drawing
rectangle - the paintcan does not allow you to select objects that way.
I just now opened the saved document I sent you and verified that with a normal
pointer (arrow) I cannot select the rectangle with just a mouse click. I need
to drag the pointer to include the whole rectangle to select the rectangle.
I can select the text box that is on the drawing.
