Hi,
I see no activity for long time on this issue.
Furthermore, for me 2.2 on XP doesn't show the effect.
Also on 2.0.3 on Debian via NoMachine I don't see it.
I do recognize the effect from some other configurations. Probably memory
related.
I suggest it to be closed as WONT.
