The Form Wizard, Step 1. Field selection, at the bottom of the two list
boxes says:
"Binary fields are *always listed and selectable* from the left list. If
possible, they are interpreted as images."

I've made the following tests:

* an embedded HSQLDB table with 3 different binary fields:
longvarbinary, varbinary, and binary; an int. field generated by default
by identity (for the PK) and a varchar field for the title. The Form
Wiz. only lists the int. and varchar fields.

* As the table didn't have any data at all, maybe the Wiz. needs data in
the binary fields in order to read the mine-type (?) or something; so I
inserted data into the 3 binaries fields. But once again, the Form Wiz.
*never listed* the binary fields, so they were *never selectable*, and
of course they *were NOT interpreted as images* (that is: in the
resulting form there was no image control).
