S is already used by "Paste Special".
H is already used by "Headers & Footers"
E is already used by "Delete Cells"
T is already used by "Cut"
The mnemonics of Copy/Cut/Paste and some others are predefined for all
applications and cannot be changed for Calc only. Therefore the C for Copy and
the T for Cut are fixed.
