2005 -------
Closing a document window in maximized state and reopen the same document type
should open the frame in maximized state again. The last restore size should
also be set again.
When using the gtk plugin, the frame ist restored maximized but the restore size
is the same. -> You cannot 'unmaximize' again which is confusing - the size just
does not change.
When using the default plugin the maximize and restore state are correctly set,
but the window is resized and thus fully painted twice (see issue 44094)
