I am seeing simmilar behavior in very different part of the Office (m209 on
WinXP). Repro:
1. Writer - File - New - Templates and Documents.
2. Organize - double-click "My Templates" - Commands - Import Template -
navigate to the file named "копия проверка шаблона с пробелом в имени.ott".
3. Error message - see attached "path-is-garbled.png".
I am changing component to framework because template management is surely not
Calc-specific and including dr and mba in CC, because I think this issue is
severe.
Please consider this problem for 2.3 as it creates major difficulties for (at
least) 3 companies in Russia in migration from competing product.
