AW: Checked/Compared the two cases. Fact is that in SdrDragView::EndDragObj()
the decision aDragStat.GetNow() != aDragStat.GetPrev() says falsesometimes.
Checking the points shows that sometimes (in the cases where it works) an offset
of (1,1) is set there, sometimes not.
AW: This looks like a numerical problem. However, in case of IsInsertGluePoint()
== true the comparison for now and last point different is not necessary, so i
change the if() - condition in SdrDragView::EndDragObj accordingly.
