The wrong rotation occurs when loading any 3D chart (except pie and donut) that
was created or saved with a master version at least greater than src680m194.
Files created with src680m188 do load properly.
Files created with src680m195 or src680m210 did load with wrong rotation.
I changed the summary acordingly.
