The working of View|Toolbars|Numbering and bullets is:
- the toolbaar (dis)appears when lines with bullets are (de)selected;
- toolbar, when visible, can be turned of by x
- toolbar re-appears when selection is outside numbering and returns to line
with numbering;
- menu View|Toolbars|... is used to permanently *hide* the toolbar.
The same applies for toolbars Table, Graphics.
So the menu works (by desnign) opposite to what you ask, I think.
Do I understand that correct?
