This started to occur for me when I migrated from OpenOffice 2.0 to 2.1. Version 2.2 has the same issue. I experience same problem when print from Word processor. The only option for me to print rich context pages is to export document to PDF and print from Acrobat Reader. I looks like bug 27743. Please let me know how can I help you nail this bug down.
