This has caused confusion with a number of users. A number of them have posted inquires on the OOoforum board. The user wanted a fully functioning desktop database, but without Writer also being installed they are not able to create forms or reports. The installer should be enhanced to do one of the following: A) Not allow a Base only installation. B) If a Base only install is selected inform the user that features will not be available. C)Install the needed files to support forms and reports.
