relabel as defect, since Pavel doesn't like the change (removing context lines

And I guess it is OK to close this one.
anoncvs version of the patch and tunnel-cvs version of the patch now still
differs, but within anoncvs, the file is no longer flagged as modified on each
update.
anoncvs now contains

@(#) $RCSfile$ $Revision$ $Date$ $Name$";
tunnel contains

OK for me, and the difference between anoncvs and tunnel doesn't hurt (apart
from resulting in a fuzzy match when applying the patch)..
Feel free to resolve as fixed if OK for you as well.
If it is not acceptable that anoncvs and tunnel cvs give different results, then
another solution must be found.
