cmc->mmeeks/et.al: I have what might be a plausible fix. It's not really the
case that the dialog runs in the "wrong thread", gnome-vfs shouldn't care, but
nevertheless if I spawn the actual dialog from an glib idle handler then it will
get spawned in the glib main loop which should be ok from the older gnome-vfs
point of view. In tests with a gnome-vfs with GNOME_VFS_ASSERT_PRIMARY_THREAD
reinserted it seems to do the right thing.
