I have confirmed that I see the same problems there. The attached spreadsheet was imported from Excel. If I try to make new entries in, say, the personal sheet, on an 8 CPU MacPro with 8GB memory, it is glacially slow. It takes 5-10 seconds to enter data if autocalculate is turned on. Even if I turn it off, it often just hangs for periods as I try to enter new data.
