the other problem is almost certainly due to needing to use pkgconfig twice in
the same makefile.mk in vcl/util/makefile.mk, I bluffed it the last time. Using
pkgconfig this time which should do the right thing, i.e. if you can build the
gtk vclplug without manual mod, then the headless one should now work fine as
well.
