------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 9 17:52:05 +0000 2007 ------- Here are the steps I use to create .odb files: Select 'Connect to an existing database' Select 'MySQL' Click 'Next' Select 'Connect using ODBC' Click 'Next' Enter ODBC data source Click 'Finish' Enter name for .odb file (OOo database window opens) Click 'Tables' "The connection to the data source "test1" could not be established." I use a new name for each attempt. Username and password are stored in the "ODBC Data Source Administrator.
