I just spotted
<QuotationStart>„< U+201E
<QuotationEnd>“< U+201C
As opposed to DoubleQuotationStart and DoubleQuotationEnd these should
denote single quotation marks. They appear under
Tools.AutoCorrect.CustomQuotes. In some languages single quotation marks
aren't used though. So, if you want me to change that to something else
just tell me, otherwise I leave things as they are.
