raindrops: Please understand the status of an issue before reopening.
Fixed means: Fixed somewhere in cws, not "already integrated into some
downloadable version"
Use the Links the QA-project proviedes to find out in what cws a fix is included
and what the status of the issue is. (in this case i18n30 that is not yet
integrated). So either test with a cws-build or wait until the fix is
integrated.
setting to fixed again. m211 doesn't contain the changes from the cws.
