2007 -------
0. open a new database
1. create a table with a numeric field and fill it with data (1,2,3,4)
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. insert the fields in the design area
4. select the field control
5. open dialog 'conditional formatting' in format menu
6. choose 'field value is' and 'not equal to' and '1'
7. choose f.e. a red font color and execute the report

-> does not work (works fine with 'equal to')
=> also not working: between, not between, greater or equal, less or equal (rest
works fine)
