I've to change the DTD to allow "dynamicoffset" to be an optional attribute and
update the backend first.

@cmc: I'm just wondering if it would be better to always use the dynmaic offset
from the ELF file to adjust the attribute "rel" (the offset) instead of adding
an additional attribute.

Any thoughts ? As it seems you're are planning or working on an own backend.
Would be nice to discuss that outside this issue to share information and
strategies.

The challenge with crash reporting is not collecting the crashes and resolving
the source code debug info but to find duplicate crashes that have the same
reason but a different call stack.
