It is unclear, what is "set of MinGW toolkit", what can I take instead of missing mingw-runtime 3.11 (I couldn't find it on the page). What do you mean by "No such consideration is required for Native MinGW toolkit"? What should I use - separate MinGW installation or cygwin's one? What are the so-called "best practices"? Can you please supply step-by-step installation guide for MinGW (cygwin or whatever) environment? I mean the part, where MinGW differs from regular OOo environment, of cause. PS: by the way - from my point of view the CWS can be integrated.
