2005 -------
ES->Norbert2: on loading such a document, the form is not in design but active
mode. Thus you cannot move, select controls or show their properties. To avoid
this "View - Toolbars - Form Design", select "Open in Design Mode" (anyway it
would have been a different bug i.e other issue).
ES->FS: the copy of a control shows a design nearer to the Windows Theme design.
This appearance vanishes on saving and reloading
