This should be a trivial thing to fix, as there is already a checkbox in OOo
settings/options to enable/disable icons in menus.
So we should change the default bahaviour to "disable icons". This could give us
a small speed boost too :) Mac applications normally do not have icons in the
menus.
Those (developers) who like the icons, could still enable them from the OOo
options/settings.
