I just learned that
a) geki's patches are obsolete. Reason is currenly unknown to me.
b) cms is currently porting the Java Helplinker to C++ which should make bero's
patches obsolete (and a new porting patch for this needed)
c) BDB is also used in OOo Extension Manager (desktop/source/deployment). We
don't have a patch for this at all.
bero, may i ask you as the requester of a newer BDB version to collect all the
paches needed to make a recent OOo work with BDB > 4.2.
