When generating TOC indices I want to use the "Index Link" character style so
that my index entries are not underlined.
Unfortunately everytime I update my index this setting has been forgotten! So I
have to right-click my index -> select Edit index/table. Here I click the
Entries tab, and for every level I want to include I must click the "LS" (Link
Start) and choose "Index Link" in the Character Style drop down list. And do
the same for the "LE" (Link End).
So it seems like this setting is reset to "<none>" in the Character Style list,
which I think is defaulting to "Internet Link" (normal hyperlink).
